Camry Pet Supplies is a Greely-based family business and is
owned and operated by, us, Cathy and Rick Lafrance. We have been in
the "pet industry" since 1992, serving mainly our family and friends,
but demand for our service grew and in 2001, we decided to create
Camry Pet Supplies... which is named after our two sons. Our goal is
to provide a community-minded, friendly and fun online shopping
experience by offering not only a complete selection of pet food
supplies and accessories, but delivery as well.

Well, yes! We offer a free 24-hour turnaround service for orders over
$25 within the Ottawa area, as well as a same-day "rush" service for

Order your everyday pet necessities (pet food and other supplies) and
we'll set up a schedule that's convenient for you and deliver it right
to your door on a regular basis. This service gives you, and your pet,
the convenience and peace of mind of knowing that you'll never run
out. We send an email reminder, just prior to delivery, and that gives
you a chance to modify your order so you'll always be sure to get
exactly what you need. And if you ever run out early, you can still

How To Order:
Our online shopping cart allows you to browse and select from our
growing inventory of pet food products, accessories and supplies, but
in keeping with our mom-and-pop approach to business, we have chosen
to stick with the old fashioned payment method - at least for the time
being. We accept cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
for single C.O.D. orders, but we're happy to set up an account for our
regular and "Bottomless Bowl" customers.

Return Policy:
We accept returns within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the
order, as long as the products are still in their original package and
with your proof or purchase. For sized items, like collars and
clothing, please don't remove the tags until you're sure of the fit.

As a small family business, we have tremendous respect for the privacy
of our customers and Camry Pet Supplies will never share your personal
information with anyone, nor will we send any unsolicited mail (email
or snail mail) other than what is associated with your order.
